[Board] Transfer of geoext.org domain to OSGeo

Hi all,

As posted on Discourse [1] (and directed here) - is there a protocol for OSGeo handling Internet domains for OSGeo Projects and Community Projects?
geoext.org has been online since 2008 and is currently owned by Terrestris who no longer wish to manage the domain. The project is still active, and is an OSGeo Community project, so is it possible to transfer ownership to OSGeo SAC? Website hosting is not required as the website is hosted on GitHub.
