Hi board,

An update on OWSLib development in 2025 - many thanks to OSGeo and the board for supporting OWSLib. 

- OWSLib officially added to OSGeoLive
    - Add OWSLib overview and quickstart: https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc/pull/893
    - Add two new OWSLib notebooks WMS and CSW: https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-Notebooks/pull/36
    - Add a simple notebook to show how to connect to PyWPS using OWSLib: https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-Notebooks/pull/35

- 5 new releases of OWSLib in 2025: https://github.com/geopython/OWSLib/releases

- Presentation of "State of OWSLib" at FOSS4G 2025: https://talks.osgeo.org/foss4g-europe-2025/talk/BLXNJG/. Slides available at https://geographika.github.io/owslib-state-2025/

Special thanks to Tom Kralidis for onboarding me to the project and for his ongoing work on OWSLib.
