[Board] Using Pretalx for OSGeo.JP Conference

Dear OSGeo Board and OSGeo Conference Committee,

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this email on behalf of the OSGeo Japan community and the
FOSS4G Hiroshima 2026 LOC.

Now, we are starting to prepare for FOSS4G 2026 and would like to use
Pretalx for the event.
But we do not have experience using it yet.

Therefore, we would like to use Pretalx for our local FOSS4G
conference this year.
Please consider and allow this.
