Buenos,
instalei o qgis 2.4, mas estou tentanto manejar alguns plugins e náo consigo.
tento alterar o settings e a mensagem aparece:
The settings on this tab are only applicable for Python Plugins. No Python support detected, thus no settings available

ALiás não vejo quais são os repositorios e tenho muitos poucos plugins instalados...
