[California] OSGeo California Chapter 2001 Hack-A-Thon

I want to let the chapter members know I've been working with Ragi
Burhum and a couple of other geospatial enthusiasts to put together a
one-day conference next spring. The plans for the conference are still
forming up, but it sounds like a morning of talks and an afternoon of
coding. We are still getting the details hammered out. The tentative
date is March 19, 2011. You can find details on the wiki:
