[California] Introducing GIS Intern Jackie Va

A post-doc at UC Berkeley College of Natural Resources had many 
hard-drives full of LIDAR on the delta.. I would start by asking Kevin 
Koy, only because he runs the public lab.. I dont think it was Kevin's 
department exactly, but nearby...
