[California] Survey to Assist With Planning For Annual Meeting

I put together a quick survey to help with some planning for our upcoming
annual meeting:

top of my head. If there is something you are passionate about, let me know
and we can get it added to the agenda.

I'm still looking for a couple of volunteers to give talks. If I'm the only
one that speaks, very few people will come. :]
