[California] Survey to Assist With Planning For Annual Meeting

It would be great if the questions in this survey was set up so that the user can rank the choices.  Then it will allow the user to specify multiple days they can attend and you would know which choice to the user.

I'm still looking for a couple of volunteers to give talks. If I'm the only one that speaks, very few people will come. :]
