[California] Annual Meeting in November

Sorry guys. I'm getting back to this late. How may Central California/Bay
Area Folks could make it down for a Mid-February Meeting in San Diego?

If that can't work, I think we should take Jeff Hobbs up on his offer to
host us in San Jose.

Any thoughts?

Let's get a location pinned down, and then we can start working on a
program and our marketing plan. :]
