[CBERS-PDS] CBERS-4A MUX ingestion on AWS

Hi there,

We started the ingestion of CBERS-4A MUX scenes. A topic has been
created to notify the ingestion of new scenes:

arn:aws:sns:us-east-1:599544552497:NewCB4AQuicklook

For the moment only L4 (orthorectified) scene are being ingested. INPE's 
catalog is daily checked for new scenes.
