[CBERS-PDS] STAC 1.0.0 available, scheduled shutdown for current endpoints

Hello all,

CBERS 4 & 4A on AWS STAC 1.0.0 (final) service is now available:

static catalog: https://cbers-stac-1-0-0.s3.amazonaws.com/catalog.json
API: https://stac.amskepler.com/v100

It is being daily updated with new ingested scenes and will include all 
the archive no later than 6/11.

On 6/11 the old endpoints will be shutdown:
https://stac.amskepler.com/v10/stac/search
https://cbers-stac-1-0.s3.amazonaws.com/catalog.json
