[CBERS-PDS] CBERS-4 ingestion status

Hello,

After some period of interrupted services INPE resumed the production of
CBERS-4 imagery. The host catalog however changed address, CBERS-4 
products are now available from the same catalog used for CBERS-4A and 
Amazonia-1.

This requires an update on AWS ingestion service, those who want to 
check the current status may watch the following issue:

https://github.com/fredliporace/cbers-2-stac/issues/91

CBERS-4A and Amazonia-1 AWS ingestion is not affected.

I`ll post to this list when the update is completed.
