[CBERS-PDS] CBERS/Amazonia update down

Hi,

INPE`s catalog operation is resumed. Unfortunately there are many cases 
of scenes that appear on the catalog but have some assets missing - for 
instance, the quicklook or a band.

This creates a warning in the ingestion system and I usually check that 
manually but since the number of warnings is too high (hundreds per day) 
I can`t check them individually.

If you happen to find a scene that is shown in the catalog, has all the 
assets downloadable and is not on AWS please let me know.
