[CBERS-PDS] CBERS 4A WPM now available on AWS

Hi,

I'm happy to let you know that we're starting to experimentally ingest
CBERS 4A WPM data into AWS today.

The WPM camera includes five bands: four multispectral bands (blue, green,
red, NIR) at 8m resolution and a panchromatic band at 2m resolution. The
archive will be updated daily with scenes acquired within the last 60 days.
