[Conference-cee] FOSS4G-CEE 2013

Depends. For this year I had money for ~1.5 small conferences and that
0.5 could be this event. Unfortunately not this year. As even for the
2nd scientific conference second 0.5 part I pay from my own pocket
(auch! which means cutting my lunch). + It's possible to get sweet
flight deals when booking early.
I know, it's too late for this event thus I just hope that next
event's organizers could announce next event shortly after current
event thus gaining wider audience.
