[Conference-europe] when and where

Dear Maria, Peter, Jachym,
If we would like focused on European Community and namely on INPSIRE and if
FOSS4GI Europe has to be organised mainly as regular conference May and June
are not best month to do it.  It is necessary taken into account, that
INSPIRE and Geospatial World Forum 2015 will be jointly organized on 25-29
May 2015 in Lisbon, Portugal and it is almost impossible for most of people
in two weeks go for some more days conferences. So I am afraid, that
beginning of June will completely miss community, which has to be in some
way target. So my recommendation will be  April or September, if there is no
conflict with some Worldwide events.
If target will be mainly on real technicians and developers, then probably
beginning of June could be suitable. But not managers, decision makers and
some strategic persons

yes, academic track was since last years important part of the event as
well, and it makes sense to continue with it
