If FOSS4G (World) is organized in the middle of second half of the year, what
about to have FOSS4G-Europe in the middle of the first half of the year -
which is March or April. Longer time between these conferences can minimize
the chance that attendees of both of them will see some very same same (or
only slightly modified) presentations or people attending only FOSS4G (World).
