[Conference-europe] [general] important dates

Andrea, yes full papers is not for the general track (my opinion) but for other tracks, like for instance the Academic one. Anyway the decision about asking or not for full papers has to be taken by the teams which organize the tracks themselves.  I'm just proposing a common deadline for those tracks that require full papers.
