[Conference-europe] BOFs

Hi Maria,

I believe we should reserve 3 rooms during the times specified on the 
wiki.  And then if more demand occurs (more BOFs than timeslots) we can 
book extra.

Will change the wiki from wednesday/thurs to thurs/friday as you noted.
