[Conference-europe] Call for venue - proposal

small notes....

in the dates we have "call for venue start" but not a deadline for
submission
also the "selection period" is actually a date not a period..., etc.

so maybe it would be nice adding start and end of selection, so start and
end of proposal submission etc....

For the rest I think we can start the call...
