[Conference-europe] Conference-Europe Digest, Vol 23, Issue 1

I registered yesterday at the €100 rate (which is fantastic value) - but it
did leave me thinking the following.

I am writing a proposal for a workshop - if this is accepted then there is
a reduced rate for workshop leaders.

Will this be a headache in terms of refunds?
