[Conference-europe] draft call for venue FOSS4GE 2025

I can take care of the last "items worth referring" tomorrow morning. 
And essentially I would have no problem with the deadline extension to 
mid-September (+ 2 weeks from the drafted deadline). Objections?

As a northener I have the "Winter is coming" mood already upon me so the 
concept of a summer-vacation in August still strikes me as odd 
sometimes... but here we are. :D
