[Conference-europe] Discussion period for FOSS4G Europe 2026 open until 21.09.2025

I'm reply inline bellow.

Unfortunately we are constrained by the structure of the academic year and
would avoid overlapping with other activities. Particularly the admission
process. It finishes on 22 July 2026 so the earliest date would be 23 July.
On the other hand we could split the event between multiple locations but I
would avoid doing that.

Despite not being mentioned in the document we are planning for the
Academic Track.
Our plan was to decide together with OSGeo, after the selection process,
the tracks to be organized.

Lightning talks instead of posters are ok for us.
As mentioned in the proposal (page 8) we will facilitate the BoF sessions
and offer the required rooms ad-hoc.

Yes. We included in the proposal just accomodation support but we wish to
secure funding for a few scholarships.
