[Conference-resources] Mail Server will have a downtime

Hi all:


I already sent a mail to all events in pretalx on how to handle the
downtime.


SAC is moving the mail server to a new machine.

per ticket #3395 Containerize osgeo6 on osgeo9

Expected downtime: 1 hour.

The movement is planned for *Sept 20 at 4AM UTC

The current total mails on the queue are: 198
It fluctuates between 190 and 220
