I apologise for the long silence, but was pinned down in bed (and the bathroom) by a bug. I have survived and are catching up.
 
As you know time is of the essence and I am therefore sending this message to forewarn the committee that a lot of documents will be circulated in the next 24 hours for your input towards finalising them and getting them in the right places so this process can start.
