Hi Daniel

The usual keyboard layout in South Africa is the USA layout ($ key is
Shift+4, @ key is Shift+2, # key is shift+3, etc)

VMware Player 2.0.5 will be used, unless there is any objection to that
from someone who knows that this would be a bad decision...
