[Workshops] Setting up an Apache proxy to GeoServer

Hi all,

The OpenLayers workshop will require a proxy to be setup through Apache 
port 80 (under the "/geoserver" path) to GeoServer port 8910. Apologies 
if this is better left for the setup instructions, I just wanted to make 
sure ahead of time if this will not be a problem. Thanks.
