[Workshops] Setting up an Apache proxy to GeoServer

Please put all instructions like that in a README file in your 
"/software" folder in the FTP site, as we won't be following these email 
threads for the install.  The README should also include steps to test 
the installation (such as goto this URL and if you get a map, success) 
thank you.
