[Workshops] Re: Workshop evaluation process

That is true - the content may be related but the presentation would
be vastly different.

All the people I talked to I recommended they submit a tutorial and
workshop; I would hate to see the fact that a tutorial was submitted
count against their evaluation(especially since workshops are provided
with conference entry and some form of printing of materials).
