[Workshops] FOSS4G discounts for workshop & tutorial instructors

Hi Oscar,

If I chose "Payment through Bank transfer" as a workshop instructor, how can
I book the gala dinner with credit card? Bank transfer is a bit inconvenient
and expensive from abroad.
