[Workshops] Move W-04 to Tuesday?

Paolo,
That's very generous of you! I think Oscar would prefer I go ahead on
Monday with some back-up teachers in place, since there are already
registrations in place, and the registration system is already set-up
on this schedule. I'll make the best of it :)
