[Workshops] Workshop Equipment Information

Hi,

I think we'll struggle to get VirtualBox installed on the lab PCs as we're
working within the constraints of the University. I'm going to catch up
with the guys on site in the next few days and I'll raise it but I would
assume that it's not possible when making preparations.
