[Workshops] Workshop Equipment Information

A third request to install VirtualBox from this end, performance is much
better then a "live" USB stick.

I am helping out with the OpenGeo suite, and a couple of the other OpenGeo
workshops make use of software which is not available on OSGeo Live.
