[Workshops] Workshop Equipment Information

Matt it has now been a week since your email.

Can we get a clear answer on this, as I would like to know if I need to
purchase a bunch of USB Keys (performance of a LiveDVD is terrible and the
software needed for workshop is not on OSGeo Live).
