[OSGeo-Conf] conference domain name

So if I'm understanding you correctly, you are agreeing with the plan to
have the Victoria group host the foss4g2007 site temporarily...great (as
long as this is ok with the OSGeo conference committee members).
Who in OSGeo has the power to register www.foss4g2007.org for OSGeo?
