Motion to form the committee

Folks,

I am planning to propose the official creation of the Conference Committee
at the next board meeting.

I don't want the motion to go into too much detail, but please let me know
if anyone has a concern with the motion's mandate for the committee.

I'm assuming that Jeff will invite the existing listed members in the wiki
to join and perhaps solicit a few other new members to give appropriate
representation.
