Paul,

My motion to form the conference committee has left it up to Jeff to
select initial members, though I'm assuming that will be most of the
existing International Steering Committee that are willing to serve
plus perhaps a few other individuals.

So far there is no evaluation sub-committee, so presumably the site
decision will be made the conference committee as a whole.
