You are right about more cooks and a good meal. I was
talking more about "more eyes" to notice when something is
amiss.

Infuential (political and media) names maybe a better term
than "big" names.

As "Honorable Guests" maybe they don't ask for anything in
return. The Minister of ICT SA Government, Representative to
the PM office (Gavin mentioned something about support
from the PM's office), High-level Representative from
Organization of African Unity, UN related offices in Africa
etc. I think Gavin would be thinking for those. Inivitation to
local and International Press in Cape Town, could also be
thought off.
