Yes, I agree. It is normally included in this item but to my mind more 
details will be appreciated because bidders will often mainly focus on 
rooms and facilities for the presentations and workshops but they will 
forget other facilities in order to facilitate the work out of the 
office during the conference (I know that during the conference, I 
should normally be far from my computer but ... it is rather theoretical 
than practical ;-) ). In addition, one or two available rooms for small 
business meeting during the presentations and workshops could be another 
good idea.
