[OSGeo-Conf] Re: [Foss4g2008-private] RE: ISBNs for FOSS4G2008 Proceedings

Is creating the proceedings part of the local committee or conference  
managers duties?  We have an ISSN for the OSGeo Journal, which could  
be used for publishing the proceedings.  If you want to publish it  
under that banner it would help draw interest to more than just the  
single FOSS4G event and maybe draw more interest to the Journal  
itself.  Last year we used the Journal to publish proceedings.
