[OSGeo-Conf] 2010 Voting Result

Jeff, all, on behalf of the Spanish LOC, I would like to thank you for 
your support.
This bid has been really challenging to all of us and we've learn a lot 
during this period.
Our hope, as LOC, is to receive more and more suggestions from this 
Committee and OSGeo community to make Barcelona 2010 an important event.
