[OSGeo-Conf] Conference Marketing plan?

Have previous conferences put together a marketing plan?
If so, could I please get a copy. I'm in the process of building a 
Marketing Plan for 2009.
I'm aware of http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Marketing_Plan_Outline which is 
a start at an OSGeo marketing plan.
