[OSGeo-Conf] 2010 hosting RFP plans

I wish to thank everyone for their great input on the RFP draft in last
week's meeting (if you missed it you can view the meeting log[1]).
The latest draft[2] should contain all of the agreed suggestions, so
please verify if you have the time.
We are looking good for the goal of releasing the RFP by 2008-09-22. I
have asked the FOSSGIS 2008 local committee for their financial report
so hopefully that can be added in time for the deadline. If you know of
other international conferences focusing on FOSS4G please feel free to
have the organizers fill out the financial template[3] for inclusion in
this RFP. (the more reports the better, as it gives potential bidders
an idea of what it takes to host an international conference)
