Thanks, Simon.
The allocation seems reasonable, with the academic track running all
day, on Thursday, 22th. With 3 different sessions, we will try to keep
related papers on the same session, with nice titles for each section.
Related to the site update, I'll go around to identify things we can
change to reflect the announcement of the academic track. I'll ask
Thierry to help me with that, and we will send the suggestions with cc
to Shoaib Burq.
We need also someone to create a new mailing list for the scientific
committee. We must have more people joining the committee, to help
spread the word and have more people involved. When I need one for our
local chapter, Lorenzo created it for me. If there is one
“super-osgeo-user” reading this, please initiate a
scientific-committee-2009 [@lists.osgeo.org]. If it no so easy, I can
run one on our local chapter domain (but I would prefer one on
lists.osgeo.org).
