[OSGeo-Conf] 2011 Stage Two

Thanks Jeff and Committee members.

These words are an encouragement to continue spreading OS4Geo
software. We will kept this enthusiasm to enhance the strength of our
Local Chapter and promoting new activities.

We hope meet all of you here, soon.
