[OSGeo-Conf] 2012 Next Step: Question period

Hello everyone,

Thank you to the Beijing and Prague teams for submitting their full 
proposals. I did not receive a full proposal from the Hanoi team (and I 
don't see it on this mailing list either).

All proposal documents are available now at: 
http://www.osgeo.org/conference/rfp

 From now until Friday (the 26th) I ask that the OSGeo Conference 
Committee members review these proposals, and send questions to these 
teams through this mailing list. (I have printed both proposals and at 
first glance they both look excellent)
