About your questions.
Yes we are able accommodate OSGeo Annual General Meeting into program, it is
not problem, I expect, that you will need large hall for this. We will send
suggestion.

About this connection with local INSPIRE conference. There are three
reasons. Main reason is, that this event is large (not in days usually one
or two days), but in political impacts and numbers of attendants in autumn
in Czech Republic. So it will bring problem with competitions for exhibitors
and sponsors. Connection of two events will increase interest of sponsors
and exhibitors for event. We have experiences from past from organising
other event, that currently is to many events on country level, European
level and worldwide. So coordinate some events is very useful for
organisers. With this is related second fact, event is organised by one our
partner CENIA. So in principle, there will not be double work, the team will
be some, software will be some. There will not be any extra expenses for
preparation. But it could also financial help. Usually registration is
something like 200 Unsolders, for events, which is usually two half days and
there is minimally 100 attendants. 
Last reason is, that in some public organisation (not in CENIA or FMI) is
till now something like résistance or against OS or no-confidence, that such
solution are good for public sector. So this will help also well promote OS
towards this community. We also put this event in period of workshops, so
any participants will have chance to decide, if they would like join main
event

Hello Karel and the Praha team,

I have a few questions/comments about your proposal:

- I like that you already have your local committee separated into 
appropriate subcommittees.  This is very important, as you know.

- I think that the maximum of 500 for a plenary is problematic, but I 
like that you have proposed a workaround (joining the 2 halls by 
teleconferencing/video).

- Very nice to see affordable accommodations available around the CULS 
venue.  I can imagine that the dormitory option would be very popular 
with attendees.

- Thank you for providing your proposed sponsorship levels.

- Very detailed proposed schedule.  May I ask that you specifically slot 
in a time for the OSGeo Annual General Meeting? Thanks (this is often 
forgotten, yet is specifically stated in the RFP).

- It's not clear to me the impact that the national INSPIRE event will 
have on the FOSS4G event.  How many attendees normally attend your 
INSPIRE event?  What if a person wants to attend both events, what is 
the proposed registration fee in that case?
