[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2012 Call for Hosting

Hey folks. Something to consider... many of us regularly host conferences
away from our home base (I just finished MapWindow 2011 in San Diego, though
I'm in Idaho). Maybe someone  (or a small consortium?) ambitious enough from
N. America or Europe would would be interested in setting up a bid for
operating FOSS4G in southeast Asia or South America? Just thinking outside
the box a bit here... How about Chile or Brazil? I have colleagues at
universities in both places and would entertain teaming suggestions for
hosting FOSS4G in one of these locales.
