Please make sure that all of your organizing committee joins the
conference_dev mailing list (subscribe at
http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/conference_dev). I have
submitted some questions for your local committee through that mailing
list, which
I have included below.
Please have your team respond to these questions as soon as possible,
