[OSGeo-Conf] Confirming Beijing 2012 Date

Thank Arnulf,  Cameron and Peter for your valuable comments. I agree with
you three about how to improve it, that is, vector format and easy to edit,
w/ FOSS4G ribbon, more compact, and text separated on the top of web page.
Based on current design, we will provide a few options. The web site is
soon coming, and we also wait for your suggestion, particularly comments
from past conference hosts.
